A spirit animal to guide her.

The following day, she awoke in bed on top of Sergei. There was no question now: she was his woman. "Good morning, my Lisitsa." He brushed her hair back and looked down at her naked body. "As much as I would love to have another go, there are other things I must prepare for. Things you must prepare for."

MJ raised an eyebrow, "what else do I need to do?"

"You will be sent into the jungle for one month. In that time, you will need to find your spirit animal and attune to it. It will guide you and augment your abilities even further. Once you have done that, we will be ready for The Big Hunt." Kraven replied, confident m, but vague.

And so had been the instructions given to her.

Vague.

She stood in the middle of the jungle, fine leathers covering her chest and groin. She had no supplies. No weapons. All of that would need to be found or made by her.

So she set off. Her first objective was finding fresh, running water. That much was easy. What was not easy was making a camp or finding food. She would be much better at hunting at night where she couldn't be seen. For now, she would find a shelter.

As much as building a tent-like structure out of leaves and sticks would benefit her, she figured her best bet was to sleep in the trees in the evening. She needed a good spot... Somewhere she could make rudimentary traps....

She decided on a canopy nearby. Despite having nothing on-hand when she arrived, she was able to find rope and crude knives from previous hunters. Whether they succeeded or failed was uncertain.

But she would not fail.

With her shelter settled and her plans set, she retreated to the trees for the night.
