Chapter 5

How exactly did Hollywood change?
A sexy makeover
“Aaaah, yeh like mah oral skills?”
The woman between his legs rose to dizzy feet, her hands fumbling with her hair to make sure it looked presentable.
“Absolutely fantastic Maxine!” Aaron sighed as the woman broke into a wide grin.
Man, had she changed. From a grey mouse with a strict office-presence, she now sported a massive afro and a magnificent rack that she loved to show off – her clothes limited to tight tops and short skirts. Her skin-tone was a bit on the lighter shade of dark, but it was quite a contrast to her former self.
Aaron pulled up his pants as his secretary sat down behind her desk. He inhaled deeply - content, but exhausted. This was only the morning-blowjob, and Maxine would have her fill whenever he liked it or not. It wasn’t like he would turn her down.
He had never considered film agency to be a fitness course, but his job was no longer limited to arranging meetings and to discuss contracts and negotiate salary. One year ago, sexual escapades between clients and film folks had been a dirty secret – a badly concealed privilege. These days, such encounters were so common words had long since gotten out to the tabloids. After the racial earthquake, sex turned into a way of measuring an actress’ abilities to immerse herself into her roles. And this was no longer due to demands from sleazy agents. Oh, no! It was all to do with ebonized women’s desire to “convince” white producers and agents what they were made of.
The ensuing debauchery caused immediate controversy between black actresses and the newly developed ones - the former accusing ebonized women for being cheap sluts using their bodies like a sales trick. As science learned more and described heightened libidos as an unavoidable consequence of the ebonization process, some of the critique died down. Society understood that the poor women sometimes couldn’t help it. Besides, if both parties were happy about it, why the hell not? Aaron had justified his many raunchy encounters like that.
Nonetheless, the cultural rift between the two groups had become noticeable because they cemented certain discrepancies to what films and shows they choose. Original black actresses had now almost completely taken over the “serious” female roles of Hollywood. Aaron speculated these were the ones who would eventually dominate the Academy Awards. Black support groups agreed with him - calling it an immense win for equality after years of dismissal.
That’s not to say formerly white actresses weren’t successful too. Their dramatic performances were limited, due to the demand for their talents elsewhere. Still, if you went by popularity, their movies were unmatched.
Internet goofballs had long since dubbed the era of ebonization the great “pornization” to describe the ongoing industry changes in popular culture. This was a grand simplification of course. The actual porn business flourished, as it now attracted thousands of ebonizated women who wanted to show off. However, AAA productions didn’t shift over to hardcore pornography and demand their stars actually did it (although that certainly didn’t stop it from happening) - they merely amped up the sexy stuff.
In earlier days, female talent would sometimes be pushed to do risky scenes. Today, Aaron’s production company could pick and choose from tons of women who willingly did full-frontal nudity and sex scenes. In fact, it wasn’t unusual for feature-films starring newly ebonized actresses to have at least 4-5 sex scenes in it.
At first there was concern such developments would affect box office performance, but these flicks turned out to be immensely popular all over the globe. People wanted to see what ebonized celebrities looked like – most of them totally unrecognizable from their former lives. That they were so gooddamn eager to show off their voluptuous bodies was just a bonus.
For oversea distribution, edits and special editions would sometimes be needed to get the rating down from a hard R or ****-17 to a more sellable PG13, especially when it came to more conservative markets, but in the US everything went uncut and was far more successful because of this.
In many ways, it was the makeover of “new Hollywood” that paved the way for a wider understanding of the positive side of the ebonization effect.
Aaron heard a blip on the intercom. It was his receptionist, Eva – the only white women still left in the building.
“Sir?”
“I’m listening Eva.”
“Do I need to remind you of your appointment today?”
“Uh… Oh, crap!”
What's the appointment?
