After taking it out and setting it up you also find 6 cloth loops with metal pieces on them, they are also quite clearly labeled as going on each of your limbs, your neck and chest. You put the loops on and look at the computer, it has some preliminary warnings and instructions on using the device to transform your self into any shape you wish.
