A round leathery object

You struggle in vain against the glue holding you in place as you watch the round object. You have no clue as to what it was, but you're fairly certain you don't want to find out. Your struggles come to an end though as the object begins to shift, a cross shaped slit at the top opens up like a flower and something within begins to stir.
With a cry of horror from you, a spider-like creature crawls from the object. Colored like bone and trailing a tail behind it, the creature scuttles across the ground to you. It arrives near your feet and you go to let out a scream, only for your scream to become muffled as it leaps over 7 feet up onto your face. The last thing you see before the darkness of its form obscures your sight is a vaginal like opening on the underside. You can feel its bony legs wrap around your head and its tail around your neck. Your screaming mouth is an easy target as something long and slimy forces its way down your mouth and throat. Gagging slightly, you feel it slide back and forth a few times before a warm liquid gushes down your throat. Almost instantly you feel yourself relaxing, body going slack as the liquid basically puts you to sleep. The last thing you feel is something round passing down the tube in your throat.
