A rich house

After a few days of scouting the area, the pair had settled on a target. They had been casing around the rich neighbourhoods, hoping to find a house that might be a fitting target, and they seemed to have found the one.

While large and clearly very expensive, the house appeared to have a single resident, one lone blonde woman in her early 30s who always left by 6 am and only returned home by 8. No obvious alarms installed in the house, and no dogs anywhere. In other words, the perfect target for them.

Sam took the lead casing the perimeter, finding no signs of any security system of any kind, which did seem suspicious, but they weren't about to look a gift horse in the mouth, especially when their electric eqipment confirmed no alarms in the entire perimeter. Even better, the house had many windows, all easily openable, and no cameras anywhere, hidden or otherwise. Almost too perfect, it might seem, but Daniel and Sam had learned to not look a gift horse in the mouth in their line of job.

Rich folk tended to be overconfident anyways, it was likely the woman simply decided she didn't need a security system, being that she lived in one of the safest neighbourhoods in town. As such, the due waited before sunrise, within a hidden position across the street in some shrubeery, for the owner to leave.

Once she did, as always, perfectly on scheule, the duo made their move. They easily pried one of the side windows open, unseen by anyone around as they easily snuck inside. A quick check and wait confirmed they hadn't triggered any alarms, and after this, they set about slowly exploring the house, deciding to start by the master bedroom, where they hoped to find a safe or some jewley belonging to the woman.
