Chapter 48 by Ebanu8 Ebanu8

What happens next?

A restaurant dinner date

Kazuko quickly led Ezechiel away from the packed hallway towards an empty classroom - their classroom - and Ezechiel was glad to be away from that awfully cramped place, feeling like he was crammed into a can of tinned mushrooms.

Once they closed the door and they were alone, Kazuko was quick to lock lips with him, their tongues intertwining in ravenous hunger.

"Oh God, you're very needy," Said Ezechiel, "But I thought we're going to a top restaurant?"

"Not yet, love," Said Kazuko, "I just brought you here to wait while the others go; can't be seen while we're going to my car."

"I suppose," Said Ezechiel, "Can't be sure if people won't judge our relationship yet, even after graduation."

And Ezechiel stroked her stomach.

"Looking to put another baby in me, love?" Asked Kazuko.

"Oh yes," Said Ezechiel.

"I have to ask though," Said Kazuko, "Is it normal for Jewish families to have over a dozen children?"

"Actually, not really," Said Ezechiel, "It really depends; some have an average of as many as eight children, others have an average of three to two children. You could say we're an exception among exceptions."

"Huh," Said Kazuko, "I really have to have respect for your parents, raising eighteen children."

"Well, they did have a lot of help from our grandparents and relatives," Said Ezechiel.

"...I'm actually not sure if I can help raise such a large family, to be honest," Said Kazuko, her lips forming a frown of uncertainty.

"It's okay, Kazuko," Said Ezechiel, "Whether or not we have a large family doesn't matter; it's our bond as family that counts.

And they kissed again.

"Thank you, love," Said Kazuko, feeling positively warm.

"Oh? Are you getting started without me?"

They turned to face Harukichi, the middle-aged teacher looking impossibly more beautiful than before. Her ample assets jiggled from within the confines of her cotton sweater, her belly round with child. Her hair was slightly longer, still tied in a neat ponytail that she looped around her neck.

"Why would we start without you?" Said Kazuko, "If I didn't remind you, I'm sure you'd have forgotten all about it."

Ever since that fateful night, Harukichi became an unofficial lover of Ezechel, both her and Kazuko slaking their lust on his cock countless times. It was considered not good for health to bear a child at thirty-five and above, but Harukichi had no problems, though it was likely the final child she could ever bear, after she gave birth to twin daughters from Ezechiel's seed.

"How very cheeky of you, Kazuko," Said Harukichi, "I scarcely recall you being so daring and cheeky when you were all serious with no smiles, Ice Queen."

"That's an old nickname," Kazuko countered, "I'd say I'm very radiant."

"Alright, knock it off, both of you," Said Ezechiel, "The school's quite empty now, a good time as any."

"Well then, let's go," Said Kazuko.

天国の扉 (Tengoku no tobira), or Heaven's Door in Japanese, was a top restaurant famed for the stringent high quality of both its service and food, and for the decor projecting a festive and romantic ambience to the dining table. Situated in a high skyscraper overlooking the skyline of all of Tokyo, reservations for the late evening are always completely taken, and one would have to book a reservation at least three days in advance to save a seat.

Fortunately for Ezechiel and his two women, they secured a four-seat table next to the curtained windows, which would only be opened at a specific time for the maximal romantic effect.

The restaurant allowed more casual clothing, and so Ezechiel was dressed in long pants, covered shoes and a checkered long-sleeved shirt, his hair neatly combed backward.

Kazuko was dressed in a white blouse and blue trousers with leather shoes, and she looked the perfect mix between smart casual and formal.

Harukichi was dressed in a long sleeved red dress, covering all her skin yet leaving little to imagination, her belly and assets clearly emphasized. She wore leather shoes like Kazuko, disdaining high heels in exchange for practicality.

"Good evening, sir and madams," Said a waiter who came to address them, "Might I know your reservation number?"

"Eighty-two," Said Kazuko.

"Thank you, just a moment," Said the waiter, who checked through a register, after which he said to them, "Please, follow me this way."

The restaurant was decorated with gentle yet bright lights, slightly dimmed to not be overly oppressive on the diners. The floor was blanketed with soft rug, softening their footfalls, and tasteful colour schemes complemented each other in a magnificent rainbow. In a corner, a band of musicians were playing, their music broadcasted on soft speakers interspersed throughout the restaurant.

They were led to their table, lined with silk tablecloth and lined with polished crockery and wine glasses, where the waiter passed them their menus.

"Thank you," Said Ezechiel.

"No problem," Said the waiter, "Would you like a glass of wine, sir and madams?"

"I'll take some red wine," Said Kazuko.

"Same here," Said Ezechiel.

"Plain water for me," Said Harukichi.

"Right away," Said the waiter, elegantly pouring their drinks with no drop spilled, "Please, enjoy."

As they leafed through the menus, Ezechiel could see that their dishes were reasonably priced for a more upmarket restaurant, not out of reach for the common man's wallet, and he unknowingly heaved a small sigh of relief.

"What's the matter?" Asked Kazuko.

"No, it's nothing," Said Ezechiel, "I have to say though, these dishes look quite good."

"I learned about this restaurant through a friend's recommendation," Said Kazuko, "She says she's gone with her husband to this place countless times for their anniversaries and never tires of it."

"I can see why," Said Harukichi, "I love this place already."

"What should we order, though?" Said Ezechiel, "I admit, I'm rather spoiled for choice."

"Let's just settle for some standard fare," Said Kazuko.

"Sounds good to me," Said Ezechiel.

The first course served was a simple caesar salad, served with roast chicken lightly and a runny egg yolk in the middle, and rich caesar dressing to bind it all together, coupled with a pumpkin potage and garlic bread.

"Mm, it's delicious!" Said Harukichi, "I've never had a soup this delicious before!"

"Seems we owe your friend," Said Ezechiel.

"Don't we all?" Said Kazuko.

The next course was seared striploin steak, intensely marbled and served with a thick gravy and roasted vegetables. The meat was very tender, and the gravy perfect for the otherwise plain roasted vegetables.

"How long has it been since I had such good steak?" Said Harukichi, "Most of the time, I settled for sukiyaki, donburi or hamburger steak."

"Just enjoy it while it lasts," Said Kazuko.

Ezechiel simply smiled.

The final course, desert, was a chocolate parfait, garnished generously with strawberries and whipped cream. Each bite was generously sweet, a perfect ending to a sumptuous meal.

"And now, ladies and gentlemen, the time of the curtain opening!" Sounded a voice on the speakers.

The lights at once dimmed, and the curtains slowly raised upwards to reveal a vibrant skylight, a blanket of orange stars shining like a field of polished sand underneath a vibrant indigo ocean of twinkling diamonds.

Their breaths were taken away at this ethereal beauty, smiles adorning their faces.

"It's so beautiful..." Said Ezechiel, "I never got to see the stars back in Singapore."

"Then relish this moment, love," Said Kazuko, "It's the perfect ending to a dramatic high school life."

"I can't agree more," Said Harukichi.

And the three exchanged chaste, loving pecks on the lips.
