A real witch is offended by her costume.

Ashley and Kelly were only at the party long enough to get a drink and say "hi" to a few friends from their classes, when an unfamiliar red-head walked up to Ashley.

"What the hell do you think you're wearing?"

"Um, excuse me? Do I know you?"

"I asked you a question? What do you think you're wearing?"

"It's supposed to be a witch, I guess." Ashley said, taken aback by the other woman's aggressive tone.

"Hmmph, do you have any idea how offensive that is to my religion? My people were persecuted for hundreds of years, burned at the stake, only for you to walk in here dressed like a slut and calling yourself a witch? How dare you!"

"Um...I uh, I didn't know. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend anyone, I didn't even pick it out! I lost a bet and..."

"That's right," Kelly said, coming up behind her, "I picked it out for her, and I think she looks great. So why don't you just loosen up?"

The red-headed woman glared for a moment, clenching her hands into fists.

"I will not 'loosen up'." She said, "I'm a real witch, not just a floozy in a Halloween dress, and the power of my curse will prove it to you."

The woman then mumbled some words Ashley couldn't understand, spit in her hand, slapped Ashley with the spit covered hand and stormed off.

"What a bitch," Kelly said, "are you okay?"
