A new villain emerges from the shadows.

"What are you thinking?!? You nearly killed Lois," Supergirl shouts.

"No matter who she is to you, she's still an innocent."

Lois has been taken over (willingly?) by the power of the Star Sapphire Ring!

She projects her powers right away, grabbing the pair with energy constructs.

She is nicer to Supergirl, merely restraining her with the objects.
Power Girl- understandably- gets it worse.

Her arms and legs are restrained and she is being bent back in a yoga pose.
Aspects of the constructs branch off as well, grabbing her nipples hard with clamp-like grips and another grabs her, well, by the pussy.
