A new friend/fiend appears...

"Aww, is Mommy having trouble with her little baby?" A male voice asked mockingly, chuckling darkly as the owner stepped forward.

Mommy Dearest and Kate turned around to see a tall man dressed in black with green eyes and brown hair. The man was slowly walking towards them, his 6'9" height easily dwarfing both the 5'7" hypnotist and 4'1" naked superheroine.

Dr. Abel Daniels was the owner of the Abel Pharmaceutical Corporation, a business that specialized in medical research. However, he had cut cost on several corners and had made many shady business deals with thugs and crime syndicates to do away with his rival companies. Little Helper had successfully managed to expose Abel of these crimes, as well as the fact that his company had been illegally dumping toxic waste deep into the forest of a nearby wildlife reserve. In a last ditch effort to avoid jail time, Abel had injected himself with an untested, experimental ****. Unfortunately for him, nothing happened, which allowed Little Helper to single handedly bring him in to justice. True, this was with the help of her pills that she had left at home, but still...

However, a few weeks after his life sentence when he made his escape, Abel had learned that he developed a set of side effects from the experimental ****. For one thing, he ended up being far stronger than he was before, able to lift a 800 tons prison tower as if we was swinging a baseball bat. He had also gained super speed, zipping around faster than the guards could lift their weapons. And those that did manage to pelt him with a few rounds learned that he easily regenerated the wounds. One guard even fired a shotgun at point blank range, only for Abel to spit the shell out at the terrified guard.

After his escape, Abel laid low for bit. When he did resurface, he made himself the King of this city's criminal underworld, addressing himself as "Dr. Immortal". And while he did lose fights against Kate, the little superheroine was never able to recapture him.

"Dr. Immortal." Mommy Dearest calmly addressed the man, despite her tone wavering a bit with fear. It was common knowledge to any and all super villains in the city to not mess with Dr. Immortal; something that a former villain Walter Davis, better known as his villain name The Piranha, learned the hard way.

"To what do I owe the pleasure?" Mommy Dearest asked.

"I was just in the neighborhood when I couldn't help but notice you and Little Helper, here." Dr. Immortal explained. Upon seeing the terrified look on Kate's face, the man chuckled. "That's right, I heard your entire discussion. So don't try to tell me you aren't the Little Snot."

Kate whimpered a bit before gulping nervously. Having Mommy Dearest know her secret identity was one thing, but another super villain knowing? And one of his caliber?!

"Anyway," Dr. Immortal said as he looked into Mommy Dearest's eyes, "I'm here to make you a deal..."
