It wasn't until the next day that after you and gun yourself washed, dressed, and got yourself a tray of food to eat that someone had walked up to your table. “This seat taken?” By the sound of that voice, it was definitely female. As you look up, you were surprised to see Shayera, the girl you passed before, standing before you.

“No,” you say politely, inviting her to sit with you. Which she did.

Her neck-long, orange hair was covered by her mask before, but ever since her people invaded Earth, she discarded it. So, her eyes were clearly exotic to look at. “So listen,” she told you, regaining your focus into the present. “Me and the guys were talking, and I was volunteered to be your partner on your next mission to start grounding you.” She leaned in, saying softly to only you, “Personally, I'm not for babysitting you. So follow my lead from now on, until I think you know better. Got it?” All you did was nod, knowing she was a no-nonsense person. “And also?” She grinned some at you. “...it takes a lot of gall to confess to fucking someone's girlfriend.” Shayera stands up again, leaving you with ‘Play your cards right, and I might hunt you down.’

‘Was that a pass?’ you thought. ‘Did Hawkgirl just… flirt with me?’ Well, you think you've had enough of girl time for at least a month. So you finished your food and made a decision to fine-tune your combat skills; your teamwork with Huntress made you believe you shouldn't be sloppy against ANY opponent(s). The place wasn't entirely empty, for Wonder Woman was training there, too. She looked pretty busy, practicing to deflect rapid-fire energy projectiles with her bracelets.
