After a lot of work and stress my shift finally ended, so I went home. As soon as I arrived and Ashley approached me

"Get ready, Liam! We're having dinner tonight at Uncle Robert's.

I don't think I contextualized that, but Ashley is very close to Robert and his family. "Uncle" Robert is our neighbor and best friend of my father. He lost his wife during the birth of his little girl, unfortunately the baby did not live much longer than his mother. It was later proven that it was a medical error that killed his wife, which made Robert a very wealthy man after suing the Hospital. I followed them as we left for Robert's house, Mom cordially carrying a bottle of wine.
