What level of change do you make?

A moderate change

I push for a medium change. I'll bite the bullet on the feedback. I feel resistance from many minds protesting the change as all their discontent flows into me as I merge back in. The change made it, but something happened to me, and I don't think I'm going to like it.

A Change to the Collective Conscious

A world with a twist (or two)

Our protagonist (or more likely Antagonist) finds themself with brief access to the collective conscious, able to make a singular change to every person but themself, but a bigger change will lead to psychic feedback, and unforseen negative consequences. Given unlimited time, can they come up with a viable change to get what they want?
