A job to do

Sash was woken by the sound of someone knocking on Nia's door. She started to move, but Nia was a little quicker. Not even grabbing cloths first, she went to answer the door. Sash heard a slight gasp and Nia's chuckle before whoever was at the door began talking. After a few moments Nia sighed and agreed to something. She heard her name mentioned but then the door closed and the conversation was over. Nia returned to the bed, looking more exhausted than she had the night before.

"Is something wrong Nia?"

"That was Stun-Jay. He is refusing to do the caravan job and wants to switch with me. I'd rather not, but I understand why he wants to."

"Why is that?"

"The merchant is this shady man named Leese. He's pretty shady, but pays well for guard duty. The problem is that he is bisexual and last time Stun-Jay was in charge, Leese tried seduce both Stun-Jay and Sven. Neither of them swing that way and they don't want to be put in that situation again. So you and Leagon will be joining me and a team to keep Leese safe."

"This is Leese out of Brax? I remember him. He brings his caravan to Namina all the time. Most of his goods are stolen so the King's men have been trying to take him down, but Hunters and Mercenaries love his services. I have bought some things from him and he really is shady. But if we need to look out for him, I guess that is just what we have to do."

"Yeah, so lets wake Leagon. We need to get cleaned up and leave soon."
