Tobey quickly approached the nearest hospital emergency room. Dago saw Marian carted away and gave the nurses the most amount of information that he could. He pointed them in the direction of his medical files, too. He hung around the waiting room awhile, trying not to look at Tobey.

Tobey seemed content to wait for Marian to be stable as well. Dago wasn’t sure what to make of that and was more than happy to stay on the other side of the room from him. Dago was only half sure he could take him on this time, not knowing entirely what Tobey was capable of.

He looked up and realized Tobey was looking at him. He looked as though he wanted to say something. Dago wasn’t sure he wanted to listen.
