A formal gown (heterosexual route)

(In this path, Riker falls in love with a male character)

Riker pulled up a red dress from the box. It was simple, but elegant. It didn’t show as much skin, he assumed this would be what the ambassador would have worn to a formal function in her duties.

“I think you should try it on…” Troi said.

“What?” Riker said “No!”

“Give it a try…” Troi tried again.

“Why can’t I just… I don’t know… transition back to male?”

“If you want, but you would still be using Ambassador Langley’s body to do it… you can’t just transition into your old self… look at us… Will… I’m taller than you are now…”

He hadn’t realized, probably out of shock, but she was right, he had been looking UP at her the whole time.

“Besides… you might even learn to like it…”

“That will be the day…” he said…

“I’ll give you some more alone time… you call me when you’re ready to talk”

With that… she left.

Riker sat down and looked at the dress for a few moments…

But it wasn’t long before he left like the walls were closing in on him. Hiding in his quarters wouldn’t change anything, everyone already knew what happened… the only thing that breaks the trans warp barrier was gossip, after all..
