A fist-!

An explosion of splinters showered upon you and you were sent flying backwards and crashing onto your coffee table. The old furniture crumbled beneath you and your back flared up with pain when it hit the table and the floor under it. As you laid groaning on your apartment floor you glanced up at your attacker and your eyes widened through the stunned daze.

Long flowing locks of blonde hair. Form fitting white skin tight spandex suit. Massive chest. Yellow gloves and boots. And a red eye mask.

Martial Mistress just punched down your door!

While you were still dazed the famed heroine stepped inside your apartment and over the shattered remains of your front door.

"I believe you have something of mine, thief. Along with everything else you stole from the citizens of Paragon!"

Her voice was even more intimidating in person than it was on TV. Martial Mistress was one of Paragon City's most famous of heroes. Not to the level of Wonderia or Titan, don't be rediculous. She couldn't fly and she lacked any interesting abilities like growing in size or laser eyes or something similar. But as the name implied she was a master at hand to hand combat. Martial Mistress possessed super strength and could move, jump, and hit harder than any normal vigilante ever could. She turned her body into a lethal weapon to where she was a danger to any Hero or Villain.

And you apparently stole from Martial Mistress and she was now towering over you ready to beat you into a chunky paste.
