A favor

You wake up and next to you in bed is empty, the sun is shining through the windows. You hear the sound of dishes rattling from the kitchen downstairs.

You slowly get up, take a quick rinse in the bathroom and head downstairs. The mom and Amanda are both downstairs with plates set out for breakfast.

"Come join us," The mom beckons. "Jenna had to head off to her job at the coffee shop and Emma had to meet up with some friends to work on a college project."

"If you don't need to be leaving right away, it'd be nice if you could join me and Amanda for breakfast?"

"Well sure, since it's Saturday, I don't have much going on." you say.

"Great" the mom sits some juice out for you and you take a seat.

Amanda is still eyeing you up like a piece of meat, clearly not satisfied from the little she saw last night.

As you are almost finished with you food, you want to say a few words.

"Listen, I wanted to let you know how grateful I am for you taking me in your home and for all the meals and everything."

The mom admonished by your respectfulness, replies.

"Well aren't you a nice young man." she says.
"You know, my daughter here, Amanda is the most ambitious of the bunch -- she's training to become a PA."

You think to yourself, 'oh here we go, trying to set me up with her daughter.'

Then she continues, "She's getting ready to start clinicals and hasn't had a lot of practical experience yet. She mentioned it to me this morning, and thought you might be of help."

You see Amanda looking at you slyly.

"She's hasn't had the chance to practice doing a routine physical on a man yet. Since you're here and have some time, she figured, you know." Amanda is really grinning at you now. "...well I thought it was a great idea. What do you say?"

You are very hesitant.

"Well I suppose, it's the least I could do for.."

Amanda cuts you off. "Great, I'll go get my stuff ready, see you upstairs."
