A double date - Robin/Starfire and Beast Boy/Raven

"I can't believe you talked me into this," Raven bemoaned. She was sitting on the couch brushing her hair as Beast Boy brushed his teeth in a mirror above the kitchen sink.

"C'mon, Rae! I figured if our friends were here, you wouldn't be as nervous or embarrassed as usual," Beast Boy said.

"It's not the date part, it's the fact that Star picked out the venue," Raven said. "You know that her people are a lot more...touchy-feely than I'm used to."

Robin entered the room in time to hear Raven's concerns. "Don't worry, Raven. I made Starfire promise that she wouldn't take us on anything **** or too flashy. She promised we'd do something relaxing and calm."

Raven threw the brush down. "Her idea of 'relaxing' doesn't give me much comfort."

"Look, I promise you we won't go on any of the dates she and I have been on before," Robin said.

"You mean like that time she wanted to hunt criminals Tameranean style, and you both came home in loincloths and mustard?" Beast Boy teased.

Robin rolled his eyes. "I'm pulling the team leader card and ordering you to stop bringing that up."

Starfire floated into the room with a cheery smile. "Friends Raven and Beast Boy! Boyfriend Robin! I am the excited to begin our double of dates! Shall we depart?"

Robin walked beside Starfire and offered his hand, letting his alien girlfriend take it. As the two walked towards the door, Beast Boy approached Raven and offered her his hand, trying to learn from Robin. "Ready, Raven?"

Raven took a deep breath and took Beast Boy's hand. "As I'll ever be."
