A dark haired girl, your neighbour waves at you from her open door

"Hey," a voice shouts at you from next door. She comes outside to continue talking, You are knocked back a bit by the way she looks. She is tall, just under 6', with an extremely slender body that screamed 'yoga,' long-black hair, C-Cups pushing the limits of her v-neck shirt with long white legs and a firm ass kept inside of a pair of daisy-duke, high wasted shorts.

You tell her your name and she gives you a hug and leans into you.
