A bored Hermione

I unlock the door and go inside. Ikumi and I take evrything to the living room.

As we walk into the living room I see Hermione laying on the couch and continuing to read her book. It looks like she's almost through the first book.

I put the bags down and Hermione looks up. "Did you have a good day?" she asks. "It was okay" Ikumi replies, also putting her bags down.

"How was your day, did you clean the library?" "For the most part yes, I'll do the rest tomorrow" she replies, putting the book away.

"While you were gone a delivery came with food. I put the ones that can go bad in the fridge, the rest I left outside because I don't know how Ikumi will sort them" she tells us.

"Thank you, that's good. Where is Ram?" I ask her. "She is upstairs cleaning on the 1st floor. What are those bags?"

"Those are clothes for you guys. Ikumi, please see who which bag is for and then take your bags to your rooms. Then please make our dinner for us yes?"

"No problem" she replies, "I'll see what Ram is doing." I grab Ram's pillow and head up the stairs.

Once on the first floor I look around and find Ram. In the rather large gym she is mopping the floor and looking at the equipment.

"How was your day Ram?" i ask her. She startles a little and looks to me. "Oh sorry, I didn't hear you come in" she says and stands up.

I pull out the pillow. "I have something for you" and hand her the pillow.

She looks at the pillow, which is as big as she is, and then presses it close to her. "It really looks like her" she says and a few tears roll down her cheeks.

She continues to hug the pillow while I talk to her. "How did you get along today, did you get some things done?" I ask her.

"Oh, pretty well I would say. The house is quite big so it's going to take a bit to clean everything, even without the library" she replies visibly happy to be doing something.

"I'm glad to hear that. I saw you were looking at the appliances?" "Yeah, I've never seen anything like it. I'm guessing they're for working out, since there are dumbbells here too."

"You've been paying attention. If you want I can show you some of the equipment tomorrow. I can well imagine that you would like to work out a bit."

"Yeah that would be great" she returns. "There is one more thing. While you and Ikumi were gone, Hermione approached me about helping her find people to help get us out."

Interesting. "And you don't want to help her?" I ask calmly. "I don't think it's going to be that bad here. You haven't done anything to us so far, and you've even given us gifts. Besides, we don't even know this world... I think we're in the best place with you" she says, looking at me in such a way that I have to believe her.

I have to smile "I'm glad to hear that, and I'll stick with it, I'd be happy if you want more as time goes on, but I'll stick with it if you think it's right."

Ram also smiles and we hear from downstairs "Ikumi will be done with dinner in a minute. If you want anything come downstairs."

"Go to your room quickly, put the pillow in and then come down for dinner yes?" Ram nods and she walks out. I follow her but go straight downstairs and see Hermione setting the table.

I help her so we are already finished sitting at the table when Ram comes down and sits with us.

A short time later, Ikumi joins us at the table with excellent food.

We start eating and don't talk much. Just as we finish, the doorbell rings.

"Ram could you open the door?" I ask her and she gets up and goes to the door.

"You could have gone to the door" Ikumi says a little grimly, but then lets it go.

Ram returns to us with something in her hand.

Authors note: Unfortunately, I can hardly upload chapters in the next few days, because I have to rewrite an exam for university. The next chapter is already finished and I will upload it during the week, but I don't know how much time I will have to write new chapters.
