A blank screen

Brianna furrowed her brows. What came up wasn't anything but just a blank white screen that flashed for an instant and then disappeared. She shrugged and resumed her actions, although she did notice that as she was working, there were times when she could barely see something flashing on screen. But it passed by so quickly that she brushed it off as just something ticking in her eye. She also noticed that there was something that seemed to be coming through her earphones at random intervals, but she also ignored it.

She was reading something, but she quickly began to lose focus. The teacher was droning on, after all, and she could just sit there and sink into her chair... Slowly, her mind was buzzing and coming to a slow halt. The kid sitting behind her was now glancing at her very clearly, but she wasn't looking at him- she was now staring intently into the screen, mouth slightly agape and eyes wide and nearly glazed over. The kid behind her smiled and pressed a few buttons on the computer, and slowly the subliminal messages on Brianna's screen faded into existence. Brianna's mind picked this up and faintly, inside, she tried to recall what she was doing and tried to stop herself. However, these messages had been programming her continuously for a long time.

The kid sitting behind her was Simon, a computer genius, a complete nerd but incredibly intelligent. Brianna had once smashed something he had created into pieces, without any remorse nor regret. He had instantly developed a distaste and disgust for her, furthered by his observations of her in the hallways and with other people. He had chosen this day to put his plan into action. Simon had spent over a month trying to develop a subliminal message program to hypnotize Brianna. He wasn't completely sure of what he wanted the final product to be, but the plan was simple- first lull her into a suggestible, blank state, while making her more submissive, as well as lower her intelligence levels and, obviously, to satisfy his needs, have more of a libido. The first part of his program had already succeeded in starting the process in most of these. Now, after he revealed the program to Brianna's vision, the program was about to get much more intense, as well as the sounds in her ear.

He had planned for this day because he knew that neither of them had classes for the rest of the day after, and the classroom would be empty as well. But he still hadn't decided on whether he wanted to humiliate Brianna by exposing her to other guys, or manipulate her himself.
