John Doe was born to Shiannaa Uchiha and legally Obito Uchiha, however, Obito was not his father, but rather Kakashi. Kakashi and Obito were Rivals in Skil, and Talent as well as romance, Obito Ultimately won Shiannaa's Affections, but She had already Slept with Kakashi culminating in his conception. When Obito slept with his mother his Sister was Born.

John remembered little of his Legal Father growing up, as he supposedly Died soon after his Sister's Birth while on a mission with Kakashi and John's Aunty Rin. And when his sister was born their mother died giving Birth.

John grew up a child Prodigy and ended up having one half of thr Nine-Tailed Demon Fox sealed inside of him, whilst the other half was sealed inside the Fourth Hokage's Daughter and John's On-Off Girlfriend, Naruko Namikaze.
