A beautiful red-head.

Sabrina slowly entered the brightly lit hotel room. She noticed a figure sitting at the foot of the queen-sized bed. "Ashley?" She said with a smile on her face. Sabrina gasped as the figured looked up at her. It was Ashley, but something was way different.

The red-headed woman gave Sabrina a soft smile. "Yes Sabrina, it's me." Ashley had a large scar running across her face from her left eye down to her cheek. Her left eye was a light grey; a contrast to her emerald colored right eye. "I know I'm not exactly what I promised, and I have a lot of explaining to do..."

Sabrina slowly walked up to Ashley and hugged her tightly. "You're just as beautiful as I imagined." Ashley gasped at the hug, smiling warmly into Sabrina's shoulder. "You're angry that I lied about how I look?" Ashley asked. "I know there's a reason for it." Sabrina pulled from the hug, staring at Ashley face-to-face. "So... Let's hear it."

They both sat on the bed as Ashley began to explain her backstory. "When I was nineteen years old, I was in a horrible accident... Long story short, I was partying with friends until we all got a little too drunk... Our oldest friend, the one who had gotten the ****, decided he was still okay to drive. We all thought it was a good idea.." Ashley paused for a second before continuing. "We obviously crashed into a ditch, the front of the car slamming into the ground. There was glass spraying everywhere. My head slammed forwards right into a piece of it and..." Her hand softly pressed against her scar. "Well... That's basically that.. Stupid decisions led to stupid mistakes."

Sabrina was stunned. She didn't know what to say. Ashley continued, "I had surgery.. It was obvious I wouldn't ever see out of this eye again.." Tears swelled up in her right, emerald eye. "I'm sorry I lied to you... I'm sorry I had to hide this from you for so long.. I just didn't want you to see this. This... Ugly side of m-" Ashley was cut off by a kiss from Sabrina. Her stunned eyes slowly closed as she kissed back. Sabrina held the kiss for a couple of seconds. They eventually pulled away, looking eachother dead in the eye. "I love you the way you are, Ashley. And I finally get to show you that."
