A Whole Lot of Nothing

As we set down on the Planet from what we could see which was not a lot as the entire planet seemed to be engulfed in a sort of sickly green gas which seems like it is most likely poisonous to Human life, the entire planet is a barren wasteland however we can not leave without exploring some of the planet I decide that east is as good a direction as any, so we head east hoping to find anything other than the red-brown rock that seems to be the entire planet when a small amount of the gas leaves a gap in the ever present shroud covering the planet I see what appears to be a Mountain which has some spots of blue on it so as quickly as possible we rush there excited by the prospect of a Discovery.

As we reach the Mountain we discover that the Blue is in fact a native plant that seems to Contain a lot of water which explains why there seems to be no surface water but life is sustainable more or less with the mystery gas. after taking some samples of the plants and the gas we were about to head back to the shuttle when seemingly out of nowhere...
