A Very Quick Solution

"Accio wand!" Harry yelled, his own wand pointed firmly at her anus. Hermione screamed in pain as the wand forcibly ripped its way out of her.

A few hours later, Harry was being chewed out in Madame Pomphrey's office by Dumbledore and the various Heads of Houses, the spellbook on the table between them, while Hermione was tended to by Pomphrey in a bed in the corner. Even Dumbledore and McGonagall were glaring at Harry.

The final result was an expulsion from Hogwarts, a loss of both of his best friends, and the snapping of his wand.
