A Traveling Hypnotist Comes to Saffron City

Delia was watching as a small crowd gathered in the city square of Saffron City, which she had gone to for a shopping trip. She wondered what the crowd was for before seeing a sign for 'The Great Mesmerini'.

Feeling intrigued, she decided to check it out. A man in a magician costume stepped onstage with a Hypno behind him.

"I am the Great Mesmerini," he said. "And this is my Hypno, Squeaky!"

"Hyp-no-no!" Hypno said, taking a bow.

"Welcome to our show! We need volunteers, so who wants to come up here?"

Delia felt slightly childish as she raised her hand. Mesmerini called on her, as well as Saffron Gym Leader Sabrina, to come onstage.

"Say hello to our lovely volunteers!" said Mesmerini as the crowd applauded. Delia and Sabrina introduced themselves to him, and his Hypno used Hypnosis to put them into trance.
