A Sword and a Shield, I'm a Swordsman

In order to qualify for the reward I have to extract the special aphrodisiac fluid in the middle of the thing. This means that I have to kill it in such a way that it will not explode: that will scatter the fluid everywhere in a way that will make it impossible to extract. I have to be careful not to damage it too much too quickly, so that means pulling my punches. This will be a bit tricky but I think I can manage it.

I draw my sword and raise my shield and charge at the slime, hitting it with the flat of my sword. It boils up angrily at the blow and a pseudopod flies toward me, but I raise my shield to block the blow, which hits me with more **** than I expected, but being rather strong I brush off the attack. I strike it one more time with the flat of my blade, and before it can recover I bash it with my shield, sending it flying against a tree. It jerks limply as it falls to the ground into a slimy blob.

I move towards it carefully, and see what should be the organ in its transparent body that contains the fluid. Using the tip of my sword I pierce the amorphous blob and spear the organ. The liquid trickles out, and even the smell of it is rather arousing. I take a bottle from my pack and collect the fluid.
