A Storm Arrives…

“Alright!” Jacob clapped his hands together as he looked over his collection. “What game should I play tonig—,”

BOOM!

“Huh?” Jacob looked confused as he went for his window to check out what was going on. His eyes went wide as he looked up and saw the massive storm cloud right above the orphanage before a bolt of lightning went off, heading right for his fourth floor window.

“Whoa!” Jacob dodged to his bed as the bolt crashed into the room, catching both his video game shelf and the tv in the blast as the TV began to glitch.

“No! Goddammit!” Jacob yelled as he went to check on his TV. All of that money now wasted down the drain as his TV looked ready to break. Seriously! What was his luck to get this tonight?

All of a sudden, the tv began to shake, making Jacob back up with a jolt as he saw it. When a spark went off, he looked at his shelf as every video game he had was caught in the electrical field.

His anxiety began to rise as the sounds began to grow in volume. The TV almost shot off the wall before it began to illuminate a blue glow, scaring Jacob as he fell on his ass.

“What the…” He spoke under his breath before a rope made of electricity shot out from the TV and grabbed him by the ankle.

“What the hell!?” Jacob shouted as the rope began to drag him in. The electrical charge left his shelf as he tried to grab on to something to stop it.

Before he could say anything, he was dragged into the TV. The light turned back off as he left, leaving behind no sign of life as the storm ragged outside.
