A Single Mother and her Twin Daughters On Vacation.

A woman in her 40s looked out the large window on the side of Sappho's Arrival Station. The beautiful blue and green planet stretched beneath them. She had light skin and long graying brown hair, having traveled to Sappho from the colony Zeta-10, or Arcadia as people called it. She looked over at two young women with more tanned skin and long black hair who were chatting with a pair of women their age that looked like natives based on their tattoos and small clothes.

"Sarah, Michelle, who are your friends?" She asked, walking up to the four of them.

"Oh, hey mom," Sarah said as she gave the two native women a smile. "This is Ashina and Terie."

"A pleasure, Sister Jones," Ashina said with a bow of her head. "My wife and I were just speaking with your daughters about your homeworld. "

Isabelle Jones raised an eyebrow at that, but she knew the Sapphics had their own customs when it came to courting, the two women looked about 21, perhaps they found love easier. "Well, thank you... what brings you two here? I thought Sapphics mostly stayed on the surface."

Terie laughed a bit at that. "Our families were on a trip I suppose you could say. We were both born offworld, in one of the new colonies."

"We wanted to see where our people came from," Ashina added.

Isabelle nodded slightly. There had been a few new Sapphic colonies formed, mostly previously believed uninhabitable planets, or planets that had suffered terrible catastrophes and their technologies could reinvigorate them. That at least made more sense.

"And we're on vacation," Isabelle said with a smile. "Michelle and Sarah wanted to see Sappho, we just arrived on one of the transports."

"I've heard its so beautiful!" Sarah said.

"You heard the women were beautiful," Michelle said, causing her sister to blush.

Isabelle chuckled a bit, Sarah being a lesbian was no secret to her and she knew that it had definitely contributed to this visit. Sarah had even mentioned maybe wanting to settle down and live there someday, and that was ultimately her choice.

"All new arrivals, orientation will be starting at the main Theater in 5 minutes," a woman's voice said over the station's P.A. system.

"Well, that's our cue," Isabelle said and they all headed for the theater.
