For the next few days, Nate could not get Rosie out of his head. He had never really thought about her before, but now she was in most of his thoughts. Most of his dreams as well. As fun as it was to have Sam under his control and subservient to his every whim, he did want something a bit more real as well. He had Emily of course, but he had always felt like she was just with him until someone better came along. He knew Emily was out of his league, but somehow he had managed to hang onto her. He fantasized about having a more intimate relationship with Rosie.
There were differences between the two girls, for sure, Emily was hot, while Rosie was adorable. He didn't know what he wanted, but he figured it couldn't hurt to text her back and at least let her take him out for dinner. Worst case scenario, she never wanted to see him again, and he got a free dinner out of it. So Nate made plans to meet Rosie for dinner the following Tuesday evening. She insisted on taking him to La Croix, the best restaurant in town. It was a jacket-and-tie type of place, so Nate did some shopping.
Nate arrived precisely on time, feeling uncomfortable in his new jacket and tie. Rosie was already waiting for him. She looked stunning. He'd hardly believe it was her if he didn't know otherwise. She had really gone all out. She was wearing a beautiful forest-green dress that brought out the best in her eyes and clashed brilliantly with her flaming red hair. Speaking of hair, Nate noticed that she had tied it up into a sleek, elegant knot. He could look her directly in the eyes, which meant she must be wearing heels. Nate looked down and saw that she was. Intricate, gold open-toed high heels that wrapped around her ankles. He also noticed she had very nice feet. Nate had never had a foot fetish, he'd never been attracted to feet, but he found himself with the sudden urge to suck Rosie's dainty little toes. In terms of accessories, Rosie was wearing a beautiful necklace with a crystal pendant on it, and earrings with some sort of crystal depending from them. Nate thought she looked very elegant, however, this was Rosie, so there had to be something quirky and girly about her outfit. Nate soon spotted it. She had a flower tucked behind her ear, a frangipani, as if she'd been picking them, and then suddenly rushed off to dinner and tucked the flower behind her ear for safekeeping. Nate thought it was very cute and complemented the whole ensemble nicely.
"Y...you look...............WOW." Nate said, unable to put his thoughts into words. Rosie must have seen them written on his face though, because she said
"You're too kind. Shall we go inside, I've already reserved us a table, Sir Knight." She said the last bit with a cheeky smile. Nate smiled too at that reference to their previous conversation. Taking his hand in hers, she led him into the restaurant and they sat down to eat.
