A Rescue Team Arrives

The lead vehicle suddenly squealed to a stop as a tree slammed down right in front of it to block the road. The bandits cried out in alarm that they were under attack. But who would willingly attack such a large group of bandits in their home territory?

Out of the trees to the side of the column jumped the familiar flowing red hair of Pyrrha Nikos, the Invincible Girl, spear and shield at the ready. Behind her was Nora Valkyrie, the energetic orange haired girl ready to lay down the hurt with her warhammer/grenade launcher.

"Time to lay down some hurt!" Nora yelled, eager to start smashing bandits.

At the rear of the column came the flanking **** of a short haired brunette in stylish clothes wielding a massive minigun and sunglasses and a rabbit faunus with long brown hair in what looked like thigh high boots, brown shorts, and a brown jacket using only her fists. These were none other than members of the second year Team CFVY Coco Adel and Velvet Scarlatina respectfully. The two had been called in as backup for an emergency rescue mission. Velvet gave the nude and chained members of Team RWBY a pitying look while Coco glared murderously at their captors.

And finally, at the very front standing on the downed tree was a familiar looking older blonde menacingly holding a riding crop. None other than Glynda Goodwitch, Professor of Beacon Academy was here.

"I'm only going to say this once. Surrender." Glynda said as she pointed her riding crop.

In all it was a team of two 1st years, two 2nd years, and one professor. A team that very well might have been overkill but was needed to make a point. You don't fuck with Beacon Academy students.

"It's Professor Goodwitch!" Weiss cried out in relief.

"And Pyrrha and Nora!" said Ruby.

Team RWBY couldn't help but feel immense relief and hope bloom within them. Beacon had finally come to save them. They would finally be free! After all, how could a team of huntresses backed up by a Professor have any chance of losing to bandit rabble?

At this point most bandits would take one look at the enemy and simply scatter in order to make sure not everyone was taken out, perhaps with the survivors regrouping later to form a new group of bandits. But these bandits had grown rather cocky and arrogant after a week of humiliating huntresses that they had managed to beat in combat.

Even if the group of huntresses they were up against was formidable, even if that was Glynda Goodwitch, so what? They had decent skill, power, and a large amount of numbers on their side. Many bandits looked at their chances and found (to their calculations anyway) they had a chance of winning.

Small, but a chance. And sometimes a chance is all you need.

So rather than the bandits running for their lives the rescue team instead saw the bandits form up ready for battle. It was going to be a fight after all.

"Oh, I'm gonna fuck you good." The bandit leader said as he glared at Glynda and pulled out a massive mace. "Everyone else, take down those huntress trollops. Tonight it's going to be an orgy to remember!"

The bandits roared in appreciation of their leader's order, all of them drawing their weapons and closing in on the younger huntresses.

"Ugh, disgusting. None of you gets to touch me." Coco said as she readied her minigun.

"Don't worry, we'll get you out soon!" Pyrrha cried to the captive Team RWBY.

With that battle was joined and a whole section of the forest was filled with the sounds of explosions, clashing steel, and gun fire.
