A Lewd, See-thru Bikini and matching Stockings

Chelsey sat in stunned silence for a moment. Inside the bag was a two-piece orange bikini that she could barely even see. It had so little fabric it was practically like being naked, and considering it looked see-through anyways, she doubted anyone would even notice it. Digging deeper into the bag, hoping that was just a joke costume, all she found was a note, and a pair of cozy-looking orange and yellow striped stockings, and a matching pair of arm warmers that had little pumpkins on them.

Opening up the note, pleading this was as far as the two planned to take the prank, Chelsey's heart sank.

The note read;

"Hey, Chel! Hope you like your costume, snrk~ We sewed every part ourselves, so you should be, like, super grateful! It took aaages to find the right material. See-through fabric is sooo freakin' hard to come by, y'know. So, like, to explain again, you've gotta hit eeevery house on this street, and show up to the party in that two-piece." Shakily reading the rest of the note after taking a deep breathe, Chelsey noted the shift in quality of handwriting, most likely from Vanessa to Penny.

"We made sure that youd be warm enuff with those stockings and arm... Stockings? Arm warmers? Idk, but you're not allowed to wear anything else! We'll know if you have! Just like we'll know if U miss a house! So don't do that! Don't worry tho, there's only like, 6 or 5 houses on this street. Its why we picked it lmao. Spinning around just in time, Chelsey caught a familiar hand dragging away her costume, and an even more familiar set of footsteps making a break for it. Calling after Penny, and rushing out after her, but not being able to get out of the stall in time, Chelsey was left standing half naked in a bus stop bathroom, with seemingly **** but to change into a lewd bikini and trick or treat every house on the street, and even worse, show up to a party like that...
