You laugh to yourself, knowingly, thinking back to all the signs.

You don't just like men more than women, you LIKE men more than women.

Everything til now has just been denial and trying to fit in.

You like men.

Almost stumbling down the hallway, laughing, you surprise yourself with how mirthful you are as you step into the bathroom for a shower.

This changes... well, you're not sure what this changes. Are you attracted to your friends? Will people just know? Do they already suspect? Will they care? We do live in slightly more tolerant times...

The shower lasts longer than you'd normally take, with all the thoughts swirling in your head. In fact, the water starts to run cold by the time you're almost done. At which point, as Murphy's Law dictates, the phone rings.

You could let it go to the machine, but you are waiting on a few calls...
