You choose to play the 9th Doctor, Christopher Eccleston.
The Doctor of this period is emotionally unstable, especially after the Great Time War, where he lost the last connection to his home planet of Gallifrey, when all the Time Lords died.

He blames himself for the loss of his kind, but at least finds consolation that the Daleks died in the war as well. Still, he holds a bitter grudge against the entire Dalek race, particularly after what happened at the battle of Arcadia.

The Doctor finds himself on Earth during the period after the Time War, looking for a place to relieve stress, but more importantly, find the Auton's, who are massing on Earth, trying to harvest the fuel sources.

However, the Doctor never travels alone, so who will he travel with?
