Summer had just started, School had been over for over a month now But I had been working really hard at this job inorder to save up enough money to make the rest of the summer a really memorable one.

It was going to be fun I had a lot of options there was this cute guy from one of my classes who had been sending me messages all through the month I was working asking me to go out with him, and now when work was finished it seemed like a real possibility.

One of my childhood friends Lisa who was now a singer for a indy rock group had invited me to go with her and her band to this really big rock festival/concert where their band would be trying to gain recognition and exposure during the so called talent night.

My Best Friend Anna had been on about us going on some party vacation to a place like Ibiza. I now had the money and the time so there was no real excuse for not coming along apart from me being a bit tired from school/work.

During my parttime Job I had also met Mellisse who was going down to work as a bartender at some remote island in Greece, she said it was a total Coyotee Ugly like atmosphere in the bar and the job was non stop partying and serving drinks basically, the pay was lousy but

the free housing, great partying and beautiful weather made up for that
