You certain have been through quite a lot in your life as part of the Justice League: the adventures and enemies you've faced; the women you've bedded; and evolving into a better, heroic person inside and out. In all the great times you had, and some bad, you owed it to the entire League for being there for you in many ways. And you owed it to yourself to protect the people you care for...

"Just you and me, brother..." you growl. Imp smirked at you and stretched his neck muscles, whereas you cracked your knuckles. "Could you guys give us privacy? As in no one should be in here." Harley was **** to leave your side, whimpering sadly, so Vigilante and Sir Justin had to corral her away.

"Oh. That reminds me." And Imp went topside and grabbed Batman's hand, draining him too!

'Damn it!' you thought. 'He saw through my plan...' And when they got to the bridge door, the three of them witnessed the Bat's hand droop above the ice after Imp released it.

"I gotta hand it to the guy. He made a fine snack." He then glared at them, his eyes going Superman on them. He shouted with Batman's voice, "Get out!" And they ran from the red lasers. "Losers..." he scoffed in his original tone. He turned to face you as you flew up with your wings, and they disappeared when you made it onto the platform.

"Leave my friends out of this..." you lowed.

"Me? You wanted me all to yourself." Imp walked up to you, secretly goading you to take the first shot at him. It worked. You charged at him, using Flash's physiology in you and ran at him super fast to take several hooks at his face and jabs at his torso, just as fast. Before you could land another hit, he seized your fist in his hand and grinned as he bent it, just to hear your bones crackle in his power... "That tickled." You grimaced at Imp and flipped backwards, kicking his chin with a grunt to make him release you as he stumbled back; Batman's training sessions had done wonders for teaching you to fight hand-to-hand. "That was rude..."

He charged up his heat vision, but eyes not only glowed green, but also burned with green fire! His lasers were now green and a bit bigger! He grinned wickedly as you tried dodging his shots, watching in terror as there were additional scorch marks where the lasers hit...

You took cover under the platform to buy at least a few seconds to think. "Stop me if you know this one, Shadow boy," he taunted. " 'Anything you can do, I can do better. Sooner or later, I'm greater than you.' " You refused to give up! You dropped down on him, and you both tumbled before you started flying wildly around in the air. While Imp was busy trying to get you off, you give your arm a teleport coating that made it twice as big. You defiantly pound on top of his head, annoying him rather than hurt him.

Harley watched the whole battle happen, having snuck away from the others. 'Come on, Puddin'... You can beat 'im,' she thought. But Imp elbowed you, and threw you off finally. His eyes burned intensely with green fire again as he combined its power into the wind that he blew out, creating a fiery funnel that spun you around and around as soon as it caught you. Then it pinned you to the wall, battering you twofold with tornado winds and burning bright green flames...

You were getting mashed, and soon would be burnt out!
