“I’ll help you find the audition room.”

“I’ll help you find the audition room,” I say, crossing the room to offer her your hand. “My name is Jeremy, by the way.”

“Thank you, Jeremy. I’m Tiffany. I’m sorry to bother you. I thought I was going to Room 504, but I’m so nervous that I guess I got turned around.”

“Don’t worry about it,” I say, motioning in the direction she needs to be going. As I do, I look her over completely. She appears to be a few years older than me, and I can tell that in terms of her body, she has a lot going for her to get started in this industry. Blonde and full-figured, all she really needs is a healthy dose of confidence to make her really stand out as an adult starlet.

I try to put her at ease. “How did you decide to audition here?”

Evidently that was not the question to relax her. She blushes and grows even more nervous. “It’s a long story. I really need the money, for one thing, and my roommate encouraged me to try this. She has been working here for a few years, and she says the money is pretty good, if you have what it takes. I just hope I do.”

“Who is your roommate?”

“Angie Meyers. But her acting name is Hannah Hooterness.”

“Wow... I know who she is! She is one of the up-and-coming stars here!” I have followed Hannah’s career from the beginning and have more than one fantasy about her. The thought of what it must be like to have her as a roommate gives you even more fantasies to file away.

“I hoped I would see her here today,” says Tiffany. She is working this morning or she would be the one showing me around.

I look at my watch. We have time to find out where Hannah is working; perhaps that would put Tiffany more at ease. Besides, I wouldn’t mind seeing Hannah Hooterness live and in the flesh. Then again, maybe it would be more impressive if I just got this aspiring actress to where she needed to be on my own.
