¡LA NIÑA: La Divina Superchica!

This comic follows the adventures of Luna Estrella - a 30-something Mexican socialite, telenovela actress, philanthropist, 3rd generation luchadora and all-around absolute mamacita of a señorita, who becomes LA NIÑA - a superheroine with god-like powers given to her by Quetzalcoatl - the feathered serpent god, in order to avenge the death her family (including her husband, son and legendary luchador father) who were all murdered by the Cartel.

Luna is also tasked with protecting Central America from supernatural evil related to Mesoamerican mythology, and - most importantly - becoming a symbol of hope & pride for the Mexican people, who when they see her, God willing, will at some point finally get the courage to shout "¡VIVA LA REVOLUCIÓN!" and finally overthrow their corrupt, Cartel-controlled, supervillain-aligned government who - like in real-life - is responsible for Mexico being the failed-state that it currently is, rather than the minor global superpower that it was always meant to be!

Thanks to LA NIÑA, the people of Mexico finally have a chance, a chance to HAGAMOS A MÉXICO GRANDE DE NUEVO!
