Chapter 27 by alphakennyone alphakennyone

Where in the house would you like to start the training?

[Layout of the house]

The house is a standard two-story house. Like a glass house it has full panes of window around the house. Like mentioned before, a room supported like a tower is separated from the house by an adjoining bridge. This bridge is not part of the exterior. The bridge goes from the house to the tower room, and spans above the driveway.

The driveway continue under the bridge and end when two separate garage door are located. The first, on the left is filled with post-moving-in boxes and items. The second, on the right, where your mother's Mercedes-Benz is stored, directly goes into the house.

From that garage, and into the entering door, you will come into the foyer/living room. The living room is an open-ceiling room and has a dojo-type feel to it. It has descending stair-like floors that end with a lounge area, with two couches, one loveseat, and one single seat. The couches and the chairs surround a zen-like table with a oblong shape. At the north end of the room is one of two sets of stairs that will lead upstairs.

From the entering door, if you turn left into a door, which is north, you will go into the kitchen. This kitchen is fairly big, with two modern sinks and a center island used for cooking, display, and eating. Take a westerly path out of the kitchen you will enter the west side of the family room, which spans from west to east.

From the entering door, if you turn right, which is south, you will head down to the main foyer where you will see the front door and the second set of stair leading upstairs. The main foyer is cylindrical in shape and is one of the many distinct features of the house.

From the entering door and take a straight path through the living room and into a door-less threshold, this path will open into a hallway that will lead to two doors into the guest bedrooms.

From the main foyer and up the stairs will lead you to a fork. The left fork when arriving at the top set will lead to the door to the bridge that leads to your room. The right fork will snake its way around the perimeter of the living room. From the stairs and snaking the way around the living room until you get to the door of the master bedroom, you will come to three doors leading into one bedroom, one smaller bedroom, and a spare room.

The Rooms

-Your Bedroom-

It is the one separated by a bridge from the rest of the house, is fairly medium in size and could account as a beach or pool house. Once entering the room you immediately see a queen-sized bed with bed post around it. To the right of the bed, which is north, is a door leading to the balcony, which when one stands on will get to see a magnificent view of the city.

When entering the room, a big space is one the left of the bed. This space has room for a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a table with chairs and a loveseat. To the far end of the room, to the left of the bed, which is south, has a set of stair leading to the lower floor. At the lower floor, you will see the bathroom with shower and hot tub-like bath tub and the walk-in closet. This closet is extensive and is as big as your main room.

-The Lounge-

This is the room that lie adjacent to the master bedroom. It looks like a bedroom but it is more like a lounge, with couchs and benchs lining the walls, and dim lighting. It is a fairly medium-sized room, but not like the master bedroom or the living room. The walls have a soothing orange color and has two windows with a view of the hilly landscape outside. A double door opens to the outside which is like an extension of the lounge.

The west side of the room has several futon-like cushions on the carpeted floor with large and small pillows on it. A few blankets are neatly folded behind some upright pillows. The east side of the room has three comfy furniture. The first is a simple but comfortable loveseat with a blanket-like covering over it. The second is a single but extremely soft chair, but unfortunately not a recliner. The last is like a pool chair instead it doesn't recline or change position. This chair has a leather cushion and a bend where one's knees would rest.

The outside has a huge awning over a wooden balcony, with exterior benches sitting on it. The balcony overlooks the backyard which has a pool and two picnic tables with umbrellas over them.
