Protocol 426: The protocol that allows the leader of a colony to place the colony on quarantine and lockdown in the event of a pathogenic outbreak.

Burke Protocol: The protocol that allows reassignment of command in a colony. This also suspends the safety requirements for colonists for what the Company deems "The Greater Good".

Colony Lucy's Lament has discovered an abandoned alien structure buried under a nearby mountain range.

The Main Story Arc (Starting with the chapter Introduction)

Dr. Oliver's survey team did respond, resulting in the of Luther Gunther and impregnation of Jennifer Angeles by progenitor spawnspore in the derelict facility. Jennifer gave birth to the first Soldier Progenitor in the Colonial Medical Center of Lucy's Lament.

Amber Holloway disappeared shortly thereafter, captured by the creatures.

Jessica Michael's was attacked and impregnated in the Colonial Operations Center after that. Dr. Katherine Wyandotte kept her locked in the Operations Center at that time after having taken control of the Colony. She remained locked inside until she went into labor, when Dr. Wyandotte opened the door.

Currently, the main story arc focuses on Julie Takarada, who has escaped the creatures in the Colonial Housing district and made her way to the Security Office, where she was able to dress and arm herself.

Armed with an rifle, new clothes, and a motion tracker, Julie is able to get to Jessica and help her birth her litter of Progenitor Larvae before killing most of them. The two made an attempt to escape but were quickly surrounded by the Soldier Progenitors after being locked in the Operations Center by Dr. Wyandotte, and have since been captured...

The Second Story Arc (Starting with The Communications Center)

Our second story arc starts with Donna Torres checking in to work at the Colonial Communications Center the morning after the start of the incursion to find her coworker, Todd Duncan, missing before realizing a Soldier Progenitor is in the communications center with her. She tries to escape from the Communication Center through the HVAC system when she finds no other way out, but is entrapped and tag-teamed by two Soldier Progenitors before passing out and getting dragged off to the HIVE.

She woke up fastened to the wall with resin next to her friend Alicia Graham. Donna is pregnant, as is Alicia, but Alicia's belly is impossibly huge and taught, bigger than should be physically possible...

The Third Story Arc (Starting with Andy's Team)

Andy's team of security personnel begin sweeping the Colony, trying to get a handle on the situation as it unfolds. They find Amber Holloway outside the entrance to the warehouse / storage area of the Colony. Andy splits the team. Tabby and Chris take Amber to the Colonial Medical Center while Andy and Henrietta (Hen) move forward into the Hive to try to clear it, resulting in their capture, Hen's impregnation, and Chris being attacked by a spawnspore that was, at first, being made out of Todd Duncan. Hen gives birth while Andy is transformed. He remains human, but his cock and balls are suddenly enormous as he is converted into a Trojan Bull...

The Fourth Story Arc (Starting with the chapter Who's Next?)

The fourth arc of the story picks up with Annalise watching over Jennifer in the Lucy's Lament Colonial Medical Center after the girl has given birth to the first of the Soldier Progenitors. Annalise is attacked and impregnated by Soldier Progenitors at this point, and she finds out when she wakes up that Dr. Wyandotte watched the entire ordeal and not only orchestrated helping it happen and keeping her secluded, but is secretly (or not so secretly) sexually aroused by it.

Slowly but surely Annalise bends to Dr. Wyandotte's will to propogate the creatures, and accepts her fate, birthing the alien offspring growing in her belly before Tabby and Chris arrive with Amber, getting her on a medical examination table. Dr. Fischer and Nurse Johnson come to her aid, but then Dr. Wyandotte seals them all inside the medical center with the creatures, and Amber reveals that she has secretly been converted into a Trojan Mare as a phallus springs from her pussy.

The examination room was overrun by Soldier Progenitors who set about impregnating everyone inside. Annalise is impregnated for a second time, this time with three Progenitor Larvae. Chris is likewise impregnated after having been ass by one of the Soldier Progenitors, and Dr. Alice Fischer is impregnated by Amber. Dr. Wyandotte takes over command of Lucy's Lament from the current commander, Dr. Phillips, before he can enact Protocol 426, instead enacting the Burke Protocol herself. She quickly fucked herself silly as she watched the other girls of the Colony fucked and impregnated by the creatures, including Jessica and Annalise, before giving the starship Starjammer permission to land at the Colony, time 0600 on March 13th, 2154, in hopes of getting more hosts for Progenitor or even getting it off world and into the stars.

From there she orchestrates Amber being found by the security team, the capture of Andy and Hen, as well as the Medical Center impregnation orgy. This story arc ends with the chapter A Growing Cult of Followers.
