She smiled and took a calming breath, waiting for her cue. The stagehand helped her into position and nodded to the director, the lights went down and Skie's name flashed in lights for everyone to see. The first concert of the tour and it was completely sold out. Every fan screamed and cheered for her as the lights fade to black and a deep voice rang out, announcing the start of the event and calling Skie out on stage for the first show. She squared her shoulders and skipped out, and as soon as she saw the crowd proper she smiled and waved to the sea of faces. Within seconds she was blushing at the numbers, placing her paws against her muzzle and thanking them for coming in what has become her traditional greeting before every show.

The crowd roared and cheered with thunderous applause, species of all shapes, sizes and ages coming from all around to see their favorite icon and listen to her music. Fans looked around in awe as Skie commanded such an audience, an arena at her fingertips full of fans who would do anything to just shake her paw. It was magnificent and no one could be happier that they was there to see it. Skylar Bloodrose, the only Astraii Fennec pop star in the entire galaxy, about to show everyone here in the stadium and across the system on the vids just how talented and incredible she was.

Skie straightened herself up and tapped a footpaw to a rising beat, her opener beginning with a long intro. She played to the crowd before the lyrics started, making it seem like the words of the song were spoken to them. The music filled the entire arena, every creature rocking to the beat with eyes and ears fixated on Skie; The galaxy's most famous Astraii. She started her routine and the first song echoed down into the night as she jumped, spun and bended in all sorts of impressive, appealing and well rehearsed movements.

Very quickly Skie's focus was purely on her set, locked into routine and sequences all being synced to the music. She recited lyrics, twisted her body into poses and movements to match in a fluidity she's honed over her career. The music ebbed and flowed, from one chorus to the next. Skie's effortless ability to move with the music, singing in perfect time with unparalleled pitch, it was unbelievable. Critics say she lip synced but seeing her up close there was just no way, because despite her sounding so absolutely flawless all could tell when she took breaths between movements and verses. She was pure artistry in motion and it's as if nothing could ruin the perfect moment she was giving the crowd.
