You look and see the door open and the woman in the Nurse's outfit walks out which confuses you a little as you thought it was a school.

She reaches you and looks you up and down and says, "Yes you'll be perfect." Then she pulls her hand from round her back and sticks it in your neck and pushes the plunger.

You feel numb and fall to the ground. Before you get knocked out you hear her say. "Take him to the basement."
