"Please," you answer after a brief pause - and the attorney heads to a secure-looking steel door in response. Another computerized lock sits upon it, this one unlocked by a key-card he produces from within his suit jacket, and as it swings open you head inside.

Mr. Baxter certainly wasn't joking! This is clearly intended as a lab for working on the androids. You wander around the space, looking at the machines and displays, wondering what all of it does - and more importantly, how much of it is still functional. Could you make use of it? You shake yourself out of the idle daydreams, and instead turn to looking for concrete possibilities. "Is there more to the lab? A computer, perhaps, or...?"

The lawyer standing at your side shakes his head with a frown. "Only storage. But it's... not what you think it is."

You sigh. "I have to see it anyways, don't I?"

Mr. Baxter freezes at the realization, his face dropping from the mask of dispassionate disinterest into one of reservation. "...I suppose so," he says at last - pointing to a door at the far corner of the room.

You pull open the door, only to immediately recoil in shock.

Your first thought is that this is the trophy room of a serial killer. Your second thought is that you were almost right - these are all androids, and so this is Harold's trophy room. The space is filled with the tortured and destroyed bodies of female robots.
