Sage lifted a barley conscious power man to his feet by his golden hair. Then wrapped one massive arm around him to hold him in place and used the other to slam punches into his limp body. After the 3rd or 4th punch the battered hero was completely awake again. "Let's see how far you can throw him" dee suggested. Sage placed one hand on the heros shoulder and with the other gripping his thigh she raised him over her head and launched him across the bank. Power man landed in a heap on the floor, unable to move. Sage was breathing heavily and clearly exhausted from the beatdown. "Ok, that's enough for today. Consider yourself lucky 'super' hero" Betsy taunted. And with that they left the defeated hero.

Power man healed quickly and had now regained his abilities. He's not sure he can ever forget his embarrassing defeat.
