A cloud of red, white, and blue swirling smoke exits the spout, when it clears Supergirl stands there, before she can react the superheroine is hit by a blast of Gold Kryptonite permanently destroying Kara's Kryptonian ability to process yellow solar radiation forcing Supergirl to face her greatest fear...becoming completely and irreversibly human forever!
