"I've missed you."

"I've missed you, Vanessa." You look into her eyes as they begin to swell up.

She hugs you and says "I've missed you too. I realize now what I had and what I threw away."

You wrap your arms around your ex wife and rest her head on your shoulder. After a lengthy hug you lean back to resume the conversation.

"Why did you and Mark break up?"

"Oh, um," she awkwardly looks around before hanging her head. "He didn't want to have kids with me. When I went off the pill, he freaked out and split. He said I wasn't motherly enough." She sniffles a bit.

"That's silly. You'd be a great mother." You put your hand on her smooth thigh. She smiles and puts her hand on your cheek. She leans in and kisses you quickly, holding your head so you won't pull back. Her hands caress your face and back, and it's very clear what she wants right now.
