"Dinner in bed"

I arrive at Millie's door dressed up a bit, give her a flower, and she gives me a big, wet kiss on the lips.

She tells me to follow her, and we go up to her bed room. Millie tells me to remove my clothes, completely, and then exits the room.

I get completely naked, then Millie returns wearing a sexy French maid outfit, and asks: "Are you ready for 'dinner in bed'?"

I say that I am, and she leaves briefly, then comes back with a silver tray, on which is written in beautiful cursive hand writing:

"When you are ready for your appetiser, open the first envelope" Millie says
