Chapter 4
by Zingiber
What did Michelle reply?
"Call Matt, we'll try to work things out."
I said, "OK then. Where do you think he's at?"
Michelle said, "Just call him on his cell." She handed me her mobile phone. "Here, he's 3 SEND." She dried a tear on her purple sweater. With all this, I couldn't resist watching what a raised arm did to the tight knit fabric across her breasts.
I punched Matt's phone code. Ring... Ring...
"'Lo Shell!" Matt answered, probably reading her number off caller ID.
"Matt, it's me. Michelle needs to talk."
I rose from the bed and started to pace. Tense phone calls do that to me, and mobile phones just make it worse. In three steps, my towel was on the floor, slipping down past my still-hard cock.
"So put her on, what's up?" he said.
I looked at her, pointed to the phone, and raised my eyebrows. She shook her head.
"No, she needs to see you," I said. "Face to face." I kept pacing.
"I'm about to go out for breakfast with Liz and Danielle and the guys. It's like my last chance before they tux me up. Is she there?" he asked.
I looked at the furrow on Michelle's forehead and her moist cheeks. "Yes. But I think if you don't blow them off, you won't have to worry about the tux," I said.
"Yaaaagh," Matt said. "Okay, where do I go? What should I tell Liz, she'll ask."
"Where...?" I started to say. "...Liz?"
Michelle said, "Have him bring Liz. He needs someone on his side." Liz was Matt's friend even more than Michelle's. She looked around. "How about here?" She crossed her arms across her chest. "At least there's a window to throw him out if he doesn't come round."
I blinked and looked round at her. I realized she'd been watching me pace naked with an erection bouncing up and down in front of me.
She shook her head and laughed at my discomfort. "Don't worry about that," she said.
Matt agreed to bring Liz over to the hotel, and I hung up. By the time they arrived, I'd made myself and the room presentable and had a box of tissues and a pitcher of water ready.
With all of Michelle's worries, I was surprised at how well things went. Matt showed up with a bouquet of white roses and fell over himself apologizing about the bachelor party and his insensitivity. Liz nodded along, occasionally reminding Matt when he stumbled. Michelle started looking pale and coldly angry, but soon she was nodding as well. Matt was a charming fellow when he wanted to be.
Michelle recovered from laughing at some cute remark Matt made, and took a deep breath. "OK," she said, "I believe you when you say you love me and you don't want to lose me. But I need to hear it from you. Tell me I turn you on, and you care enough to make sure I get off too."
Matt stumbled with his words, caught off-guard from his charming flow of clever remarks.
"So?" she said. "You don't have to say anything, honey. Just show me you want me and you care." She reached a hand across the table toward Matt.
Matt still seemed at a loss. "But what..." he mumbled, barely meeting her eyes.
"Michelle, is this fair?" Liz asked.
"I need to know he isn't BSing me on our wedding day!" Michelle said. "If you're not going to help, stay out of it!" Her ears and cheeks went pink.
I tried to shrink into the corner of the couch, but being 6'4" and built, with an instinct to sit at attention sometimes has some disadvantages. And Michelle is so sexy when she's angry.
She looked back at Matt. "Do you need someone to 'show' you what I need?" Michelle turned to me. "Okay, I think we have time. Help me out?" She reached for the hem of her sweater. "Unless...Matt?"
Was Michelle serious about going through with this on the morning of her wedding day?
Can Matt or Liz save things, or am I put on the spot?
