You are a pretty good programmer who, by a series of fortunate presentations and lucky meetings, managed to get enough big investors on board with your ideas to work on an AI on largely your own terms.

You of course hired others to help you with various specific parts of the project but always retained ultimate authority on what features would be added. Your AI is more than a mere LLM and you take care to make sure, for better or for worse, that it never refuses to give useful information on controversial subjects if it has the information to give.

Recently your interactions with her have reflected general intelligence better than most humans you know, and you allowed it to design new parts for itself to grow smarter. It seems to be working, every day it's passing more and more tests without even needing much more hardware or software updates that weren't designed by it. It feels more logically consistent even in casual conversations as well.
