Birthday gift

I’m Jake I just turned 18 and I am 6"3', 191 lbs, brown and long hair with a good build. As I awoke I found I was waking to the usual sound of my alarm. I looked at my clock and it read 08:00 as I was about to roll over and fall back to sleep I saw a small box at the end of my bed. I stared at it for a while until I remembered that it was my birthday.

As I went to the box I found a note that read "you father gave to me to keep in his possession before he died, and it was time it was delivered to you, use it well".
I stared blankly at the note and read it a few more times to try to get anymore meaning out of, which I didn't. After a few minutes of reading the note I opened the box.
